When and where is the Hawaii Record Fair taking place?
Saturday, June 1st 2024. Early bird admission opens at 9am. General admission opens at 10am. The fair closes at 3pm.
HRF24 will take place at The Barn in SALT At Our Kaka'ako (327 Keawe St, Honolulu, HI 96813).
How much is admission to HRF24?
General admission from 10am to 1pm = $5
Early bird admission from 9am to 10am = $25
Free admission for all after 1pm until closing at 3pm
Free admission for children under 12 at any time
Where can I park?
Paid parking is available in the SALT Parking Structure located at 333 Keawe St.
Validation is available at any SALT shop, including Hungry Ear Records.
Hungry Ear Records proudly presents the 2024 Hawaii Record Fair on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm in The Barn at SALT at our Kakaako (327 Keawe Street, Honolulu).
With the resurgence of physical media, primarily vinyl records, The Hawaii Record Fair is the perfect way for record collectors young and old to meet up with other like minded music enthusiasts and have a chance to buy, sell or trade both classic and new vinyl records, from the Beatles to Taylor Swift all under one roof. Over 30 sellers are expected to participate with all physical music formats from vinyl to compact discs to cassettes, stereo equipment and music memorabilia represented. Raffle tickets will be available to win prizes donated by music related businesses across the country.

What can I sell at the Hawaii Record Fair?
Vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, 8-tracks, reel to reels, concert DVDs, music memorabilia—As long as it’s music related and legal, it can be sold!
Who can sell at HRF24?
Tables are available to retail stores, online sellers, and any music lover with a collection to sell.
How much does a table cost?
Early bird table prices start at $75 for a single table. Prices for tables will go up to $100 for a single after May 7th.
When is the deadline to sign up for a table?
May 28th, 2024
Are tables and chairs provided for sellers?
We will supply one table and one chair per seller. Tables must be used to display merchandise. Sellers with more than a single table are responsible for bringing additional tables and chairs.
